Job Description
The position of Sales & Administrative Support is part of the Supply and Deliver Europe. Position is located in Milano, Italy. Within the scope of Italian market this position will:
Support local Customer Service in recovery backlogs and in implementing optimization actions to prevent future backlogs
Support achievement of Supply and Deliver CS KPI and ensure continuous improvement in internal and external customers satisfaction
Collaborate with local Supply and Deliver organization, Finance and Sales teams to support and ensure business continuity
The role requires high levels of internal and external customer support, accuracy, and communication skills

Support local CS team:
Collaborate with Local CS manager and CS team in recovering backlog in any of the area under CS responsibility (order, backorder, claims, overdues)
Contribute and support implementation of corrective actions to avoid future backlogs
Support in achieving service level objectives and ensure continuous improvement in internal and external customer satisfaction
Support monitoring of credit risk, customer exposure and overdues, taking appropriate actions and/or escalating issues in coordination with local commercial units
Support and manage claims solving. fastening resolution time
Contribute to projects (e.g. system upgrade, EDI deployments, IT demands, requests from customers or other local functions) as needed
