Are you a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality? We have an exciting opportunity in our front office night team as a night manager. This role is salaried between £23,000- £25,000
Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.
Promoting a welcoming environment.
Serves as the property manager on duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift.
Represent property management in resolving any guest or property related situation.
Assist in HR related duties including payroll, reviews and recruitment
To upskill and develop the supervisors and associates
Ensure smooth running of financial related duties
What do you need to apply?
We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have hospitality reception supervisory or management related experience. It is also desirable to have night experience but not essential.
