The Castle has seven luxurious suites which can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. The role of our waiter/waitress​ involves:
Working in an exclusive boutique hotel allows you to have a multifaceted work experience, where the team works closely together whilst maintaining his/her own responsibilities. Our Food & Beverage team are a central part of the day-to-day running of the business, whose main objective is to fulfill our guests’ wishes and exceed their expectations. The role involves active participation in the general organization of the business. You will be expected to ensure that our guests feel welcome by conveying the home-away-from-home atmosphere. The role of the F&B team also involves preparing and cooking breakfast daily, preparing small snacks and cocktails, and serving our guests with the highest standard of customer service.

Our ideal F&B candidate has an outgoing personality, a hands-on approach and understands the importance of tailor-made luxury guest service:
- Previous experience within luxury hospitality
- Understanding the running of a small luxury boutique hotel
- Being able to both independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy interacting with guests

The following skills are required for a F&B member:
- Ability to multitask and priorities time efficiently
- Strong customer orientation and a proactive understanding of guests needs and wishes
- mature mindset and sens of responsibilities
- attention to details and cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in reading, writing and spoken English – Italian and any other languages are a plus.
