Only for students who are actually enrolled in a University and living in Barcelona. We must be able to make an intership agreement with the University.
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay.
Reply to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
Verify all accounts in a timely manner.
Confirm arrival times for the next day's reservations.
Reply guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
Answer phones and process new reservations.
Clean the stairs of the building (if needed).
Clean the bathrooms during the shift (if needed).
Keep the reception clean and organized.
