Manager IT will be responsible for operational support of Finance Applications for Hyatt. Advance Technical expertise is required in iScala and / or other major ERP products like Oracle Financials or SAP. Should have advanced technical skillset to gather business requirements, lead development and support production issues. Ability to independently write functional, technical design documents and test scripts is expected. Should be able to lead and coach junior team members as required. Excellent communication skills is needed to support current users.


Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for operational support of iScala and or Oracle R12 Financials

· Assist with the rollout of iScala to international hotels

· Recommend and implement solutions for Financial Applications that are  effective and easy to maintain

· Review and manage work delivered by vendor partners

· Assist junior team members as needed

· Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values

· 5 years including 2 years as a Lead/Manager

· Knowledge of Financial Applications like iScala and or Oracle Finanacials and their integration

· Strong technical capability



· Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

· PMP is preferable


Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job


· Good knowledge in one of the following systems:

Windows-Server, MS-SQL Server, .Net, XML

Additional Comments and Requirements


· Understanding of system scalable architecture and industry best IT practices

· Ability to balance between operation and project priorities

· Take responsibility for end-to-end solution for a Finance process

· International travel may be required (10-20%)

· Very good English language skills, Chinese a plus

· Experience in the hospitality industry a plus

· Customer and solution focused
