City Relay is a rapidly growing short and long let property management company based in London venturing also in property acquisition, development and management. We are working with long lets through our own blocks, as such, we are looking for a Property Management intern to support our Lettings team with a portfolio of up to 150 properties. We have grown massively in the last year and looking forward, we are aiming to be industry leaders.

We offer all types of services ranging from property search to financing and including property development, management and letting. We pride ourselves on delivering all those services in a cost-efficient package especially targeted towards international investors.


- Manage the property portfolio of long lettings for Leufroy and City Relay clients
- Liaise with Landlords and Tenants of our property portfolio
- Manage all potential tenant enquiries and phone calls and arrange viewings
- Make use of our CRM to track tenant data to support on the internal reporting process
- Obtain offers from tenants and liaise with landlords, negotiate the offer to get the client the best possible deal
- Process tenancies from enquiry to move in and manage tenant journey
- Support Property Manager in arranging maintenance works and liaising with tenants
- Assist with creating property adverts on property portals
- Assist with compliance across all tenancies
- Ad-hoc responsibilities

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.


- Studying towards a BSc or MSc degree in Business or Real estate or other
- Great communicator with excellent written English is mandatory; multilingualism is a plus
- Good phone manner
- Very well organised
- Advanced Excel skills
- Passionate about Real Estate

Our new Shepherd’s Bush Reception Space will open its doors in May followed by a third Reception Space opening in the heart of Victoria within the next quarter. These unique spaces enhance our ability to provide London’s homeowners with a local, personal and fully-managed service when short-letting their property – designed to give more people the confidence to short-let their home.

We’re no one trick pony however! As a market leader in operational efficiency, we offer a number of other hospitality clients and short-term rental companies a tailored B2B service that includes housekeeping, freshly pressed linen, the provision of luxury amenities, property maintenance and check-ins - a reliable and convenient way to ensure every guest has a hotel-like experience.

Short-term rental companies across London no longer have to rely on different contractors to deliver operational support, we provide a one-stop shop that fully integrates with our clients’ brands and business objectives.
