As the Chef Manager for one of our beautiful independent schools in our Chartwells portfolio, you’ll be the driving force of the team encouraging the team to deliver great things through leading and monitoring daily activity. You’ll be responsible for managing a catering team of 15 and working hand in hand with the client to ensure the best of our services are delivered!

You will be working with an amazing team of catering staff that are vibrant, outgoing and are welcoming to guidance and instruction. We are looking for a Chef Manager to join our team and continue the success in our business and providing the ultimate catering services to c500 customers on a daily basis. 

Ideal Candidate

As the Chef Manager, you will be leading and driving the team to complete their given tasks. Ideally, having experience in Education catering, you will inspire and encourage team development as well as where we can bring new talent to the team and really boost the catering service. Experience with finance, budgets and stock management is a must in this role too!
