Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, featuring six lands, as well as two themed hotels – Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment district, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China. As we continue to develop this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape.
Responsibilities The purpose is to provide an efficient management of Shanghai Disney Resort’s contract partners; to work as account manager between Shanghai Disney and contract partners. This position is responsible for assisting Sales Manager to maintain the business relationship with contract partners, monitoring agency’s sales performance and driving sales revenue.
•To ensure efficient internal and external communication;
•To maintain business relationship with contract partners
•To ensure Shanghai Disney Resort’s business policies and process are fully well followed;
•To monitor Agency’s sales performance and drive targeted sales revenue;
•To work closely with Sales training/Disney Reservation Center/Distribution Marketing, to execute business & sales plan;
•To collect relevant data as required;
•Train contract partners to follow Disney’s business guideline in order to maximize the value for SHDR
Basic Qualifications •At least 5 years’ working experience;
•Bachelor degree or above;
•Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook);
•Good communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English;
•Passion, Proven ability to act according to business plan in provided time;
