You are, together with the HR Advisors, responsible for an efficient, secure and up-tempo completion of practical and administrative manners regarding HR. You are the strong back-up the HR Advisors need in guiding complex cases. In this role, you are mainly in contact with operational managers of our different properties. You will support them, if needed. You will be checking contracts on accuracy, making sure modifications are received correctly by payroll, organizing employee files and supporting the HR team. In short, a position in a dynamic environment where you will be working in an ambitious and young team.

You are an energetic and enthusiastic person who is able to switch quickly between different projects and tasks. You will be working in a high demanding environment. Taking initiative comes natural to you and you are highly solution-oriented. You love working independently and are at the same time able to keep the overview and make connections easily.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar job;
You have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the hospitality industry;
You are passionate about HR and hospitality;
You are a great communicator in both Dutch and English.
