We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our Head Office team based in Soho.
This position is ideal for someone with experience or enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, has experience and knowledge in Marketing and would like to be part of a proactive team.
You will need to be a confident communicator both verbally and in writing. You will help support the marketing, public relations and sales activity within the department. You must be personable and friendly and be able to prioritise a busy workload, being a small team. You will need to anticipate the demands of the department to provide effective support to the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director and have a willingness to learn new things, adapting to the working environment.
·Website maintenance – responsible for updating copy and visuals, including imagery and centre stage advertising banners
·Implementing e-mail campaigns by writing content, sourcing images, preparing databases, scheduling campaigns and updating calendar, tracking response, reporting results and cleaning data
·Assisting team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
·Assisting with brand partnerships
·Analysing data analytics from marketing campaigns and the website
·Accomplishing organisational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring various opportunities to add value
·Preparing agenda and minutes for meetings
·Very organised and efficient
·Excellent attention to detail
·Good communicator with excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
·Strong numerical ability to create website and marketing reports, drawing findings accordingly
·Knowledge of Microsoft Office and administration skills
·Experience with InDesign and Photoshop is useful
·Desire to learn and develop
·Ability to adapt to the working environment
·Resilience and drive to get things right first time
·The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment, as well as the ability to communicate cross departmentally
·Confident and warm personality
You will be working full time hours, as required by the business
