1.To work as part of the team in your department and with all staff throughout the hotel. May receive direction from other departments in order to meet guest’s expectations.

2.To be familiar with the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts policies and procedures.

3.To consistently follow the reservation service standards. To be well-versed with the hotel’s facilities and services and special promotions.

4.To colorfully describe the guestrooms and upsell whenever possible to maximize occupancy and revenue.

5.To be aware of sold-out situations to maximize sales opportunities.

6.To alert the Reservation Supervisor and Assistant Reservations Manager of sudden changes in occupancy levels.

7.To process all reservation requests accurately and fully understand market segmentation. 8.To be able to prioritize and complete daily tasks.

9.To be familiar with the hotel’s credit policies to effectively handle and process billing requirements.

10.To maintain an accurate and updated filing system of all correspondence.

11.To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process; proficient in operating the reservations systems and equipment.

12.To perform other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.
