Responsibilities

The Assistant Guest Services Manager assists the Guest Service Team to ensure an exceptional arrival and departure experience. Overseeing the day to day operation of the door, valet and bell teams, this individual must have the ability to work quickly in high-pressure environment and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

  • The ability to motivate, coordinate, discipline and supervise the activities of bell, door, lower lobby and valet parking staff.
  • Maintain good relations with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience; provide instruction and motivation as needed.
  • Manage the day to day including scheduling based on business needs, payroll management and other administrative duties as required
  • The ability to maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who have computer knowledge with good communication skills. Previous experience of 2 years required. Applicants are required to have high analytical and organizational skills.  Speaking, writing and reading English is required. Positive attitude and willing to learn is a must. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts and some weekends.
