Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, providing tours of facility.
Checking guests in/out and handling billing for services performed in an efficient manner.
Inform guests on all aspects regarding the services, classes, packages, spa therapies and medical treatments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Answer phones quickly and efficiently. Coordinate details of each and book guests'' reservations in a proficient and timely manner.
