The Sous Chef is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and serving as part of the management team leading the culinary team. We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of food, who are passionate with creativity and flair. The ability to provide guidance to others and are able to evidence good business acumen and management of food costs and production control is essential. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position. The Sous Chef is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in the culinary team and is responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency.

Applicants are required to have four to six years of operational kitchen experience with a diversity of culinary experience and a proven track record in fine dining. Supervisory and management experience is required and culinary qualifications are essential. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential for this role.
