MANSIONI:
All'interno del Ristorante - in accordo e sotto la supervisione del Restaurant Manager - si occupa:
* di curare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio (pranzo/cena)
* di partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
* di registrare le comande, servire il vino, curare l'ospite e porre attenzione ai dettagli
* di supportare le esigenze dell'hotel nel servizio alle colazioni e in camera
* di preparare la sala per tutti i servizi richiesti

REQUISITI:
* Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana. E' richiesta la conoscenza di altre due lingue tra inglese, francese o tedesco
* Una buona conoscenza dei vini
* Esperienza di almeno due anni nel medesimo ruolo
* Massima serietà, etica professionale
* Completano il profilo capacità comunicative e gestionali, orientamento al cliente e team working
* Qualifica/diploma (certificazione aggiuntive - sommelier, corsi di formazione, altre lingue, ecc.-) costituiranno un titolo preferenziale

SI OFFRE:
* Contratto a tempo determinato (da subito - Settembre 2019) con possibilità di proroghe
* CCNL Turismo
* Disponibilità full time su turni da lunedì a domenica con due giorni di riposo
* Vitto e alloggio in condivisione



MAIN RESPONSABILITY:
Inside the Restaurant - in agreement with and under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager - it deals with:
* to take care of the table mise-en-place and the service (lunch / dinner)
* to participate in the work and responsibilities of the hall team
* to register the orders, serve the wine, take care of the guest and pay attention to the details
* to support the needs of the hotel in the breakfast and room service
* to prepare the room for all the requested services

SKILLS:
* Excellent knowledge of the Italian language. Knowledge of two other languages is required between English, French or German
* A good knowledge of the wines
* At least two years of experience in the same role
* Maximum seriousness, professional ethics
* Completing the profile communication and management skills, customer orientation and team working

OFFER:
* Fixed-term contract (immediately - September 2019) with the possibility of extensions
* CCNL Tourism
* Full time availability on shifts from Monday to Sunday with two days off
* Shared food and accommodation
* Qualification / diploma (additional certification - sommelier, training courses, other languages, etc.) will constitute a preferential title
