Hyatt is extremely pleased to prepare the opening for the Grand Hyatt Jeju with a new vision of the Grand Hyatt brand in Jeju, reflective of the island’s unique environment, and providing travelers with our first-class integrated resort service and hospitality. The hotel will be one of the largest Hyatt hotels with 1,600 rooms, 11 food and beverage outlets, and approximately 1,200 square meters of meeting space, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, two spas (Western and Korean) with a total of eight treatment rooms and a kids club.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotel's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
You will be responsible to provide hands on support and guidance and ensure services provided are in accordance with the approved Spa brand standards of performance and sequences of service. You will also be responsible to ensure the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the spa, not just a visit.
To ensure the smooth operation of the activities and maintenance of equipment in Fitness Centre.
To be Successful in This
Role, You Will Require to Have:
- Ideally with a relevant university degree or diploma in Leisure or Spa management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in larger operation.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Experience as Head Therapist would be an asset.
