Identify new opportunities through a variety of channels. Convert new opportunities into loyal accounts. Attend trade shows, conferences and industry meetings.
Develop strong internal/external customer relationships.
Analyze and maintain knowledge of customers, market trends and competition. Participate in regular business reviews and meetings. Provide progress reports to Complex Director of Spa. Monitor, collect and analyze data and communicate all information to team.
Supervise support staff in the planning, administration and execution of select client events and other spa promotions.

At least 3 years of experience in an International Luxury Brand Hotel in the same / similar field
Skills and Knowledge
Must be proficient in writing and speaking in English
