Rhinefield House Hotel is an historic 4 AA red star hotel with 50 bedrooms, a modern business wing, 2 swimming pools and a health suite offering Hand Picked treatments. It also is home to the 2 AA Rosette Armada Restaurant and our stunning Alhambra dining room.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will have responsibility for the hotel's food and beverage operations. You'll be the leader of a diverse and energetic team, achieving the service standards expected by our guests and the performance standards targeted by the hotel.

It's an exciting time to join the hotel; the hotel is launching its second destination restaurant at the end of March 2019 and its success would undoubtedly be a career milestone.

In this hands-on role, you'll need to be adept at managing multiple activities with demanding timescales. You'll also be great with guests and colleagues, your infectious passion for great hospitality continuing to drive the team forward.


This role provides is perfect for a talented Food & Beverage Manager looking to take on a new challenge, or an experienced Restaurant Manager in a similar property.

• Minimum 3 years hospitality management experience at or above Assistant Manager level.
• You must be passionate about creating a customer focussed environment, with co-operation and flexibility across our food and beverage departments. Communication will be key and you'll encourage this through regular team meetings and proactively sharing F&B product information;
• You must be able to demonstrate an ability to monitor and maintain brand standards across the hotel to ensure we're delivering memorable experiences for our guests at every opportunity.
