HiGuests manages form A to Z the whole experience of the Host and the Guest. From designing and furnishing to publishing the listings in different portals like Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia to welcome the guests in each city to make sure they enjoy an unforgettable stay in our apartments.
HiGuests has been awarded top 20 tourism in the world by the UNWTO, top 5 rising start-up in Barcelona by ACCIO and we secured investment from reputable and knowledgeable experts in tourism, real estate and travel.

We are looking for passionate manager to ensure an orderly preparation of incoming properties for short term rentals and a smooth handover of the HiGuests Ready property to all departments involved.

Main Responsabilities:

Property preparation
• Managing and overlooking all new properties being prepared
• Supervise that the inspection of new property and the checking of all fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure any repairs or replacements
• Prepare list with all furnishings and appliances for the new property along with the HiGuests ready team
• Give notice to close and/or release apartment calendars in case the property is ready/not ready
• Coordinate step by step with your team and each department all the necessary tasks
• Coordinate with Housekeeping manager any maintenance issue and follow up on a fast resolution
• Schedule and coordinate small to large maintenance jobs in new apartment
• Coordinate with Housekeeping manager final cleaning
• Create, record and update master inventory
• Replenish or replace missing items such as decorations, cutlery, utensils, etc.
• Follow up on household appliance warranties in case of repairs or replacements
• Operate within host budgets

Employee Relations
• Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
• Participate in daily briefings to insure an up-to-date knowledge of all departmental tasks

Administrative tasks
• Maintain good communication and work relationships in all areas and with external customers and suppliers
• Competent in property management systems
• Ensure that all reports, task sheets, etc., are filed accordingly
• Coordinate with other departments wherever necessary


• A minimum 2 years of a similar position
• Previous working experience in the Middle East is beneficial
• Pre-opening experience is beneficial
• Fluent in English
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets
• Strong organizational, budget management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• High level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Familiar with Property Management Systems
