The role:

At Hosco, we are passionate about developing effective and engaging employer brand strategies that help our hospitality clients to create a compelling and competitive advantage to their target recruitment audiences.

As we continue our global expansion and growth path into 2019 and beyond, we are now seeking an experienced consultative sales professional to lead the development and execution of our sales acquisition strategy for Hosco’s employer brand proposition.

This is a strategic sales role; one in which the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with senior level stakeholders across the marketing, recruitment, and employer brand functions amongst the key strategic and global corporate hotel and hospitality brands. As part of the planned growth of our Employer Brand revenues, the initial role will require an individual with the desire to roll their sleeves up and lead the business development effort. Understanding how to effectively manoeuvre and close strategic employer brand solutions within matrixed environments will be a vital attribute as will be the ability to construct and present complex and innovative ideas with clarity and conviction.

The successful candidate will understand what it means to be customer-obsessed and will be passionate about developing and selling best-in-class relevant, measurable employer brand solutions. They will have a broad understanding of the EVP and Employer Brand arena landscape and will be able to display a solid understanding of industry trends, best practices, competitors, together with a consultative sales approach that can best address common employer brand and recruitment focused challenges.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Convert new business by identifying and engaging with key decision makers in the large hospitality organisations initially across the EMEA and US regions.
Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs, ensuring full ownership of the presentation / proposal process, liaison with internal Product teams and assuming responsibility for delivering against the budgeted quarterly sales objective
Work with the internal Sales teams to leverage introductions to key stakeholders from clients where Hosco has existing recruitment focused annual subscriptions
Strategic insight, and active contribution to the ongoing development of Hosco’s portfolio of Employer Brand solutions and products
Work closely with HR Directors, and HR Managers and C-level executives in some of the leading hospitality organizations across the EMEA region to understand and develop employer brand solutions that help our clients to optimize the performance of their recruitment funnel
Build and manage an active account pipeline through strong, long-lasting relationships with multiple clients – accelerating sales cycles to meet the quarterly and annual sales objectives.


Requirements/Experience required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, with demonstrable experience of consistent target achievement within a consultative selling environment or with a background of selling to HR Directors / HR Managers / Employer Brand Managers.
Fluent in English with additional language fluency in written / verbal Spanish or French a plus
Proven influencing, presentation and negotiation skills with a variety of senior level stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships.
The tenacity, resilience and creative thinking to identify and secure new business
Knowledge of HR/Recruitment/Talent industry preferred
