About the position:

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Internal Recruiter who wants to grow in the tech startup field and help us get the best talent for our team. You are someone who loves working in a fast-paced startup environment, passionate about HR and Recruitment and wants to grow professionally.

What does a Recruiter do?

A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter will have experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Some of the responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Source and attract candidates for a variety of positions across multiple departments for our fantastic Barcelona, Dubai and US offices by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens with the candidates to ensure suitability
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while identifying candidate risks, proactively moving candidates through the recruiting process
- Scheduling interviews, making candidates' travel arrangements
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate sources
- Record and maintain accurate tracking and status of candidate records in the ATS

Requisitos

Requirements:

One to three years of recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment, knowledge of progressive sourcing strategies preferred
Self-starter with a strong business acumen
Ability to function independently in a high-volume fast paced international environment
Strong internal and external customer focus
Highly organized, detail-oriented and outstanding follow through skills
Exceptionally strong relationship management and teamwork skills across all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
You are fluent in English. Any other languages are a plus.
You are rigorous, autonomous, proactive and ambitious
You are attracted towards startups and business development
Have a great eye for skill and judge of character
Be flexible and adaptable
