Your OBJECTIVE is the elaboration of the gastronomy of the games in the kitchens of the hotel.
The main FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position are:
• Mice en place and restaurant service supervised by the head of departure.
• Replacement of the material used during the service.
• Recycling of waste in a correct and orderly manner
• Have the Food Handler Card updated
• Attend any request of your supervisor
• Know and comply with the basic rules of PRL
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the work areas

Sobre ti
• Experience in similar position in 4 * hotels (Minimum 1 year)
• Knowledge of HACCP standards
• Have a food handling card
- Idiomas requeridos: Catalán, Inglés y Español.
