Advance your management career at this California hotel who provides luxury accommodations in the heart of downtown San Francisco – the jewel of California. This beautiful downtown hotel is located right on the cable car line and is only a short walk to Union Square, the San Francisco neighborhood that has become a mecca for high-end shopping and art galleries. This position will assist in managing the hotel operations of Front Desk, PBX, Guest Services and Valet Parking, ensuring all systems, standards and controls are maintained.

Meals while on shift are provided.

Employees will receive 13 days of Paid Time Off per year and 6 holidays per year. Paid time off begins to accrue on day one, and can be used as it accrues.

Management candidates must bring their own suits.

Hotel will provide up to two weeks of housing if available, arrivals must be coordinated in advance.

Possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills and be able to inspire superior service from associates.

Minimum One year of Rooms Supervisory Experience Required

Luxury Hotel experience is preferred

Possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills and be able to inspire superior service from associates. Will have the passion and drive to roll up his or her sleeves on a daily basis ensuring we provide a luxury product and experience for all our guests. Must have Front Office Supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or completion of an Omni leadership development program focused in the Rooms Division. Must have open availability, excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, and demonstrated professionalism.
