Lead Gallery Host

Position Summary: The Lead Gallery host is responsible for daily supervision of the gallery

hosts, quality service and guest satisfaction.

1. Ensure all Gallery hosts deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service.

2. Assist in greeting and checking in guests.

3. Ensure Gallery hosts are familiar with hotel products and services.

4. Handle all guest issues in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring problem resolution is

satisfactory.

5. Ensure Gallery Hosts are in proper uniform and adhere to the Company’s grooming

standards.

6. Ensure all brand standard training for the front office team is completed within the

required time frame as dictated by the Brand.

7. Ensure company policies are adhered to, relating to financial record keeping, money

handling and licensing including timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

8. Ensure daily arrival of VIP’s, special request rooms, long stay guest rooms are preblocked

in advance. Work with Housekeeping to ensure each room is prepared with

appropriate amenities.

9. Work with housekeeping and engineering to block rooms as necessary for maintenance.

10. Adhere to hotel grooming and uniform standards.

11. Perform any additional tasks requested by management.

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: Two (2) years related experience.

Experience: Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.

Hours required: Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. May be required to work weekends.

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service with a smile.
• Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
