You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation''s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations To ensure the smooth operation of the hotel''s executive floor, including check-in and check-out of guests, as well as the running of the executive floor lounge.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years Rooms Division work experience as Manager or Assistant Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills as well as good command in both spoken and written Chinese are a must.
