Director of Operation - HR Chongli

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the operation departments in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation''s Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To ensures the effieient and effective managment of hotel in order to maximise revenue streams, improve profitability whilst maintain and enhancing operating standards, in conjunction with the hotel General Manger. Maintains up to date knowledge of local and international makret trends in order to continuously develop products and serices to maintain and improve revenue streams and customer retention together with GM and DOSM. Be responsible for the smoooth and effective running of the day to day operations of the htoel, thereby ensuring that established standards of performance are maintained balancing the continued satisfaction of the guests and financial objectives of the hotel.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Director of Rooms in large property.

With working experiences in Ski Resort is preferred.

Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
