You will be responsible for assist the efficient running of the Human Resources division in line with Hyatt''s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible to Assist HRM to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s Purpose and HR Strategies throughout the hotel.
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Human Resources or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Personnel Manager or AM - HR in larger operation.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
