Hyatt Regency Tashkent opened in 2016 and presents 300 guest rooms in downtown Tashkent. The prestigious hotel offers 2 restaurants, a bar and significant event facilities. Tashkent is the capital of and the most cosmopolitan city in Uzbekistan. Tree-lined streets and picturesque green areas surround the hotel. Within close distance are various government offices, hotels, shops and restaurants, foreign embassies, landmarks and tourist attractions. Immediately adjacent to the Hotel is the National Library.
Scope of Job:
In this role you as a Revenue Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for pro-actively leading the revenue management of the hotel by overseeing and implementing revenue maximization strategies for accommodation and Food & Beverage operations. Your task is to ensure that all opportunities for revenue generation are maximized by using all appropriate tools and systems as per Hyatt standards. To be objective in all decision making processes to ensure the best possible revenue and profitability outcome for the hotel. To coach, train and develop a culture of revenue maximization throughout the hotel.
We are looking for a candidate ideally with a university degree or diploma in Economics/ Finance and/or Hotel Management. In addition we expect a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Revenue Manager ideally in a hotel or hospitality related industry.
We expect the candidate to bring good leadership skills, paired with the ability to empathetically communicate with all customers and colleagues in the hotel.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills as well as thorough knowledge in all areas of Revenue Management should be your strength.
Your language skills include fluent Russian and English.
