Votre mission :
• Contrôle de la propreté des chambres, des parties communes, sans oublier de signaler les dysfonctionnements au service technique
• Intervenir auprès des clients pour les demandes spéciales (lits supplémentaires, lits bébé, etc...)
• Respecter les délais et les tâches attribuées
• Superviser l'équipe des étages, donner les consignes et former les nouveaux collaborateurs
• Superviser la bonne utilisation des produits d'entretien
• Organiser le planning des femmes de chambre et des portiers ainsi que le planning des nettoyages
• Superviser l'entretien et l'approvisionnement du linge en relation avec la lingerie et les prestataires extérieurs
• Gérer l'économat, le suivi des stocks et les réquisitions
• Veiller à l'approvisionnement des chariots en produits d'entretien, matériel de nettoyage et linge propre pour la journée

• Minimum deux ans d’expérience dans l’hôtellerie de luxe
• Apte à prendre des responsabilités
• Discrète, méticuleuse, positive, dynamique
• Flexible et disponible, travaille seule et /ou en équipe
• Français et anglais obligatoire
• Connaissance des logiciels (Microsoft Office et Opera)
• Bonne présentation
