 E-réputation & Satisfaction client
 Centralisation, analyse & traitement de la totalité des informations disponibles sur la perception client de l'offre de produits et services délivrés par l'hôtel
 Analyse au quotidien des résultats e-reputation via la plateforme d’avis client « Trust You »
 Rédaction des réponses clients sur les réseaux sociaux en respectant la charte éditoriale
 Identification des problématiques opérationnelles et relais auprès des équipes et chefs de service pour inciter l’élaboration des plans d’action
 Sensibilisation des équipes à l’e-réputation via des réunions qualité
 Encourager le partage d’expérience client

 AccorLocal
 Recrutement de la communauté dans le quartier
 Participe à la création des animations et prestations au service des voisins
 Animation de la communauté via e-mailing, actions…

 Communication interne
 Création de supports fun et ludiques pour diffuser des informations et actualités auprès des clients et des collaborateurs
 Participation à la coordination des animations et des projets hôtel
