We are looking someone to bring their vibrance and energy to our Restaurant & Bars team. As the Supervisor on shift you''ll run the food and beverage operations to ensure superior service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. You''ll lead the team throughout the shift, promoting a positive and efficient team culture and work with the Restaurant and Bar Leadership team to train and develop the team''s capabilities.
We''re looking for someone who has:

- Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests
You''ll need to be flexible to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country and have a current NSW RSA.
