JOB TITLE: Food Delivery Driver 

REPORTS TO: Chef / F&B Director 

===================================================================BASIC PURPOSE: Facilitate assembly of food orders and deliver to the guest quickly and efficiently and consistent presentation. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.    Assemble order according to use record specifications.  Read kitchen menu from to organize the items required for next day food order.  (15%)

2.    Portion and store items required for next day delivery.  (20%)

3.    Set up all necessary condiments and garnishments in preparation for meal period.  Ensure items kept at proper temperature at all times.  (15%)

4.    Load and organize delivery route and deliver prepackaged meals to the guests on the route list within the timeframe established following proper social distancing and COVID.  (50%)

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  (5%)

1.    Complete set up of any other required items.

Knowledge and Skills:

Education: No formal education needed

Experience: Kitchen or restaurant experience helpful – Excellent Driving Record

Skills and Abilities: Organized work habits; good reading and navigation abilities

No. of employees supervised: Zero

Travel required: Yes within San Diego County – Utilizing own vehicle

Hours Required: 4-5 Days a Week from 930am – 2:30pm
