About Jumeirah and Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island:

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) as and when applicable and design training courses addressing to the training needs.

Effectively conduct group training courses that meet individual, department and organizational needs.

The Assistant Learning & Development Manager must interact professionally with all departments in terms of communication, colleague induction orientations, departmental review meetings
-
Must be able to support Jumeirah at Etihad Towers colleagues by being providing a friendly and open environment in which colleagues may require advice, assistance or any other support in regards to courses and learning and development activities

Conduct language assessments to address challenges with the effective communication English or other languages
-
In-charge of conducting Supervisory training programmes.

Regularly evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of departmental training and reassess Departmental Trainers.

Maintains/ revises a thorough understanding of training course content.

To continuously demonstrate and implement the Jumeirah Signature Standards consistently in all activities

To deliver Task and Group Trainer programmes
-
To focus on cost saving initiatives for the department.

To be able to deliver all guest service modules
-
To be able to deliver the health and safety module
-
Maintain record of those nominated for courses, ensuring that nominees are informed in advance via HOD and supervisors, immediately when their course dates are confirmed. Should nominees not attend, a full follow up should be made & appropriate action taken.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualification:

Excellent English , numerical and psychometric capabilities
-
Good communication skills, Microsoft Office skills and any other industry related software skills
-
3 to 5 years experience in relevant field
