- Carry out tasks as per the Team Leader’s job description
- Ensure all calls are answered according to the set standard in the department training manual.
- Carry out operational duties of both Telephones and Service one.
- Carry out detailed check on service one discrepancies and address them with correction if needed.
- Carry out a detailed check on all incoming and out-going faxes for our guests/ departments.
- Handle messages for in-house and expected guests.
- Ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner and to follow up with guests for satisfaction in a service provided.
- Conduct regular trainings within the department.
- Organise bi monthly departmental communication meetings and briefings.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
- Indonesia Nationality
- Hotel School or Degree in Hotel Management desirable
- Certification on Telephone Technology preferred
- English spoken and written is essential
- Two to three years working experience in a five star hotel or customer service driven environment.
- Knowledge of PC and PMS system (opera)
- Knowledge of Telecommunication system -PABX
- Leadership skills
- Good telephone / administrative / computer skills
- English spoken and written
