主要功能及責任概要 :


Assist Supervisors and managers to ensure that daily operations are run smoothly.  Ensure all guests have a speedy check in and check out process in line with our Operating Procedures.  Always greet guests with a smile.  Be warm and friendly and ensure the Marriott’s Six Principles of Hospitality are practised all the time.

1.                    Make sure all Registration Cards are fully filled and correct, ensured with guest by signature.



2.            Clerk should pick up all copy of Registration Cards from Front Desk timely, enter it into PSB system correctly, and sign signature after.



3.             File all kinds of documents and fill the cover page carefully, ensure it remain the same as computer system data.



4.     Print out Arrival Report of the day before, check and sign.



5.             Periodically arrange training program for new associates, and follow up training for senior associates, to be knowledged about PSB system.



6.     Be response in maintaining all Copy Machine, scanner and other equipments.



7.                    Take the job as department duty clerk, follow up leave application procedure. 



8.            Order statement monthly, receive by end of the month and store it into the storage room.



9.      Attend seasonally PSB meeting.

10.                Receive and delivery daily mails and passels for department.



11.    Keeping the Front Desk area neat and tidy at all times.



12.    Update guest profile in Fidelio when necessary.



13.    Ensure all follow-ups are promptly and accurately completed:



14.      Maintain effective service in line with the Hotel’s Corporate Image


a)       Company’s Grooming Standard


b)       Standard Operation Procedures


c)       Departmental Policies


d)       Finance Policies




15.    Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
