Chef de Rang (m/w/d) Room Service
Would you like to develope your own traditions and strengthen our positioning as a sporty, inviting, warm and refreshingly uncomplicated 5-star hotel?

We are looking for you to be part of our innovative F&B Team as a dynamic and motivated Chef de Rang from this winter season onwards!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and handling of the guests
- Preparing of the bills
- Executing the different service styles
- Active selling of our high-quality food & beverages
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience with a focus on quality and hygiene standards
- Leading of a shift
- Supporting the coordination of the banquet service team
- Daily Mise en Place as well as treatment service
- Cleaning of the back office
- Taking part & leading the weekly trainings
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship and minimum of 2 years work experience in a comparable hotel position
- Team oriented work attitude
- Resilience, professional competence, neatness and a very high quality awarness
- Structured and organized way of working
- Guest oriented work and economic actions
- Good German and English skills are a prerequisite, basic knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
