We are hiring Human Resources Operation Manager.

 

As a Human Resources Operation Manager, we rely on you to:

 

  • Directly responsible for defining with the management all the Human Resources policies and to ensure their proper implementation throughout the organization

 直接负责酒店内所有相关人力资源政策的定义及管理并确保其在组织内部被完全贯彻实行。

  • Directly responsible to supervise all facilities and to ensure inspection to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness

 直接负责监督全部设施并确保进行检查以确保设备的完好及整洁。

  • Maintain up to date the grade table of each team members based on their position as well as all benefits due as per hotel policies inline with the grade

 确保酒店各团队成员级别及福利薪资都遵循员工等级福利表及相应人事政策。

  • Management on the colleague contract

 管理员工劳动合同

  • Handle with colleague relations and relative issues

 处理员工关系相关问题

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • 2 years above relevant experience in hospitality or human resources management industry

        2年以上酒店行业同等职位或者人力资源管理行业相关经验

  • Experience handling with colleague relations and relative issues

          具有员工关系及相关问题处理的丰富经验

  • Be creative and passionate on human resources management

          对人力资源管理工作具有创新意识和热情

  • Good knowledge on labor law and relevant policies

          熟知劳动法及相关法律政策

  • Good focus on recruiting, C&B and other personnel part

          在招聘、薪酬福利和其他人事方面有很好关注度和敏感度

  • Fluent communication and writing skill, English can be working language

          较强的沟通和文字综合能力,英语可作为工作语言
