We are looking for a Chef de Partie based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong (Banquet Kitchen)!
As a Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:
- Assist and support the Sous Chef in supervising all junior staff
- Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchen
- Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times
- Production of specializing requirements as required
We are looking for someone who has:
- Form 5 or Certificate holder of Culinary Arts
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in related professions
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
- Candidate with lesser experience may be considered as Demi Chef de Partie
