Assistant Training Manager

Profil

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the training and retail team to formulate and execute effective training and development initiatives that are aligned with business strategies for retail staff
  • Enhance the learning culture in the Boutiques and among the staff through different training programs and field coaching
  • Deliver timely and effective trainings based on annual training plans and review the progress regularly
  • Work closely with the Boutiques to roll out different training and development programs to uplift Dior image, service standard, selling techniques, clienteling and other soft skills etc.
  • Partner with internal business partners, such as Merchandising, Client Development and Marketing teams in providing trainings in the period of new product launch or when there are any Boutique special events
  • Organize and conduct company induction program - Esprit Dior
  • Ensure all staff are well-adapted to the company and boutique environment
  • Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure the training objectives are met and the skills learnt from the trainings can be fully utilized
  • Act as a field coach to the Boutique staff to train their selling techniques and clienteling skill in order to provide the best & unique experience to clients
  • Support the staff with qualitative feedback and develop action plans tailor-made to individual staff
  • Collaborate with outside vendors to facilitate trainings when necessary


Requirement

  • Diploma or university graduate in Fashion & Textile, Merchandising, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, experience in luxury industry will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent coaching skill
  • Service-oriented
  • Well-organized and detail-minded
  • Able to work independently and also be a team player
  • Proficient in computer skill, particular PowerPoint
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
