MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
The Designer, Paid Media & Social will work closely with the Digital Design Director, Communications and Marketing teams to design, execute and optimize creative content specifically for paid media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube etc). The Designer, Paid Media & Social will play an integral role on developing and executing ground-breaking creative that encompasses the entire 360-degree customer journey from awareness to conversion, to create a seamless and consistent experience that serves to inform, educate, and most importantly—convert.
Armed with an arsenal of brand experience, the Designer, Paid Media & Social will be ready to stretch their digital creative capabilities to expand fresh’s reach and presence on all media platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, design and execute ground-breaking creative for all paid-media touch-points: this includes adapting established assets as well as creating wholly new creative for adhoc initiatives.
- Full knowledge and expertise of the paid media landscape: a skillset that includes design but also working knowledge of full-funnel conversion while maintaining the look and feel of the fresh brand. An expert in Social, the right candidate is required to know what works, and what doesn't. Understanding the need to be responsive, to rapidly create social content that's on brand, and relevant, in our fast paced, ever changing world.
- Experience working with multiple teams across global markets, and being able to execute against their differing needs
- Conceptualize break through (as well as brand appropriate) digital creative that is modern and disruptive with dynamic story telling
- Maintain visual and conceptual consistency across multi-channel brand strategy for campaigns and brand initiatives and apply to all social/digital platforms
- Partners with Digital Design Director on digital photoshoots and oversee post and pre-production needs.

- Integrate paid media best practices into creative assets across platforms
- Through understanding of market needs and the ability to translate those needs into creative execution of the assets
- Drive evolution of digital media assets that both elevate and modernize the fresh brand, as well as drive conversion.
Profil
- Exceptional design skills and a solid knowledge of the digital & social paid media landscape
- 4+years in an in-house or studio creative environment, with 2-5 years of design experience centered on digital/social media
- Strong portfolio of real-world work that showcases ecommerce-focused design thinking and expertise in social media content creation
- In depth market knowledge of TikTok content creation is highly preferred
- Past experience working on platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Red and TMall is advantageous
- Experience working to tight deadlines
- A contemporary, elevated design aesthetic and portfolio that showcases deep digital and social design experience
- Boast exceptional design aesthetic, solid typography, photography and color skills and awareness of design trends and innovation
- Be able to work with junior and freelance designers to ensure all creative assets are consistent across all digital touchpoints
- Passion for beauty and skincare
- Practices efficient workflow and production practices
- Knowledge of latest digital technologies, methods and techniques as well as keeping an eye out on the latest design trends.
- Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
