Scope of Position

Access, analyse, distribute and file the daily flow of information to and from the Chef’s Office.
Ensure all administrative duties are completed for the Chef’s office.
Maintain and updated culinary schedules, vacation plans and keep necessary copies.
Upkeep of Chef’s Office Filing System and general office conditions.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school certification
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in 4-5 star hotel kitchen  (or relevant work experience)
  • Training conducting skills
  • Computer skills excel, words, etc
  • Oral and written fluently in English and Chinese
  • Basic hotel operation knowledge
  • Team player
  • Basic financial knowledge

职位要求

  • 高中以上学历
  • 2-5年酒店或相关领域工作经验 
  • 培训技能

  • 了解基本金融知识
