Guest Service Agent

We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional seeking a new challenge in a 5* Lifestyle environment to take on the role of Guest Services Agent in our Front Office Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Front Office Environment in hospitality. They will have great attention to detail, excellent administration skills as well as being personable, empathetic and professional.

We are looking for someone who has thorough guest service skills who has a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ability to adapt their service delivery to the guest, and to use their personality to form intrinsic relationships with their guests and colleagues.
