Role purpose

We’re looking for a enthusiastic, proactive, ambitious, adaptable and bright administrator to join our Partner Sales Team. Our Partner Sales team works tirelessly to educate travel trade, brokers, concierge services, card-issuers, and an array of corporate partners around the world about onefinestay, to ensure they book their clients’ stays with us.  Our administrator is here to support the partner sales team and management by providing administrative support throughout the work week. This is a role for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and make a real difference to the onefinestay partner experience.

Duties and responsibilities

●        Supporting the Partner Sales Team with daily account coordination

●        Meticulously managing commission payments

●        Salesforce management and periodic reporting

●        Event and trade show organisation and follow up

●        Assist in account management and market research

●        Work closely with the B2B director to assist with administration and optimisation projects

●        Keeping our partner internal handbook fully update, as changes happen often

●        Helping the team put together presentations for meetings and events

Qualifications and experience

●        A comfortable multi-tasker and natural hard worker

●        Curious, conscientious and honest

●        You’re well-organized, used to tracking and reporting (a familiarity with Salesforce is a plus)

●        MS Office experience is essential

●        Proven support experience preferred, previous travel-industry experience a plus

●        A confident, charming and disarming manner. You win people’s trust quickly and effectively
