About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and delivering key transformation initiatives, acting as a coach, mentor, problem solver and change agent in understanding and implementing change management and organizational dynamics. You will be a focal part in supporting the leadership in delivering process improvement projects to achieve operational efficiency and transformational change which have visable benefits that support strategic transformation, continuous improvement and end to end journey.

Some of the roles key accountabilities include;

Identify and deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportuinities to support the Transformation Strategy. 

Identify gaps in existing process capabilities and propose areas for improvement and develop road map/business plan for future business improvements

Lead and execute medium scale cross functional Lean Programme with primary focus on Business Unit and end to end processes. 

Present project plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recomendations to senior business leaders

Provide subject matter expertise and best of class industry practices related to business transformation

Qualifications

About You

Relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor’s level

8+ years of experience in managing large scale Lean or transformation projects.

Track record of successful project delivery with visible benefits across multiple industries.

A mix of consulting and in-house experience is preferable.

Able to lead Lean trainings up to Black Belt level.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyze large amounts of data in order to extract relevant information and identify patterns.

Excellent change management, influencing and problem solving skills.
