Our Commis Chefs are always prepared, reliable and passionate for serving up the most important meal of the day.
Key Responsibilities of Commis Chef:
• Assist in set up breakfast, lunch and dinner stations, ensuring proper amounts are in place for forecasted demands and according to the Senior Chef’s instructions and ensures proper service presentation
• Maintains buffets and assists guest with requests
• Mis en place preparation for restaurant and Meeting and Events requirements
Requirements of Commis Chef:
• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
• A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality menu item, experience and customer care.
