Key Responsibilities of Accounts Payable and Acounts Receiveble:

• Accounts Payable; Approval of purchase invoices on property
• Accounts receivable with assistance from accounts assistants
• Preparing deposit invoices and applying deposit payments
• Checking and Sending out Customer invoices

Requirements of Finance Supervisor:

• A proven track record in a similar role within a hospitality environment
• Commercially aware
• Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed
• Clear thinker with good communication abilities
• Strong working knowledge of Opera Property Management System
• Experience of Accounting systems
• An ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
