ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS主要职责:
  • Implements all sales action plans related to the Beijing market (by) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

  • Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget.
  • Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / Embassy/ Government / FIT / Meetings/Events accounts.

  • Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

  • Assists the Assistant Director of Sales/Director of Sales in the forecasting of rooms revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT /Meetings/Events groups.

  • Attends related work functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.

  • Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Assistant Director of Sales, Director of Sales orDirector of Marketing to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas.  The Sales Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales on potential markets, which need coverage.

  • Reviews direct competition and conducts regular research

  • Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.

  • Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.
    增加入住率,提高宴会利润
  • Maintains close communication with the Events Management Team in the negotiation  process of their accounts

  • To foster a high level of morale amongst team members.
    培养高水平的团队士气
  • To assume other duties as requested by the Management of Raffles Hotel

  • To assume duties as per hours requested by the job.

  • Conduct day to day business and internal/external relations on the basis of displaying a good example to all hotel staff.

  • Establishes good working relationship within the department and with other departments

Experience 工作经验:
  • Min. 2 –3 years experience in hotel sales

Skills and Abilities 技能及能力:
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

  • Good  bilingual writing skills
