Reporting to Director of Sales. The candidate is one of the key members in Account Management team to proactively solicit and manage business production for Travel Trade and M.I.C.E segments. Actively identify upselling opportunities to grow and maximize revenue. Determine and implement action plans to achieve personal and team goals that align with the business strategies of the hotel. Responsible for driving guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience.
University Degree/ higher Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in similar capacity in a 4-5 star international brand hotel with solid Travel Trade and MICE knowledge
Proven experience and competence in finding and converting business
Articulate, good presentation skills
Well organized, self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges
