Food and Beverage Manager

REPORTS TO: General Manager and Owner
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations with highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
• Check beverage supplies and place orders when needed
• Should be in direct contact with guests and lead by example

Requirements;
• Proven working experience in quality restaurants or quality 4 stars hotel as Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager
• Foreigner or Thai (Male or female) 28 – 40 years old
• Experience with preopening and opening of a 4 stars resort or higher is a plus
• Special consideration for experience in Thailand
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• We are looking for HANDs ON manager leading by example
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English and basic Thai is a plus
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
