HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • You will also play a pivotal role in accompanying the Maison ongoing and future transformations with a competency approach. 


YOUR MISSIONS

1. Talent Management

  • For key positions in the Region, analyze succession gaps, retention risks and impact of vacancies. Design appropriate intervention plans and ensure implementation within the Region.
  • Facilitate Regional talent roundtables and work with other Regions and Central teams on talent identification to build specific career plans and provide necessary exposure for identified potentials.
  • Coordinate mobility for international and regional talents, in close collaboration with Cartier and Richemont stakeholders.
  • Lead the annual Organization & Talent Review (OTR) within the Region, closely partnering with Local HR and Managers.
  • Contribute to Organization Design and evolution
  • Key point of contact for Leadership and HR teams for international Talent Management related topics.


2. Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition

  • Locally adapt and implement Cartier employer branding strategy in SEAO markets. 
  • Build and leverage sustainable partnerships with key universities in the Region.
  • Build the talent pool for the Region with a strong networking approach, constantly looking for internal and external talents to enrich and elevate the global competency and diversity level of the Region.
  • Support recruitment goals for key positions: briefing meetings, final interviews, assessment, and decision-making process.


3. Talent Development 

  • Build Talent market intelligence (supply and demand, strengths and challenges, competition organization…)
  • and anticipate how social, client and luxury industry evolutions will impact competencies internally and externally.
  • Identify internal short-, mid- and long-term talent competency needs and define action plan for critical competencies/metiers, including insource & outsource approach.
  • Work closely with Managers, HR and L&D teams to build and implement individual development plan for key talents.
  • Co-design and/or implement programs focused on leadership (LEAD, Development Center, Management Trainee Prgm, etc.)


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have 7-8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition/Management, preferably in a Retail industry and matrixed environment
  • You are resourceful, pro-active and able to take initiatives, while being able to understand the Maison vision and guidelines
  • You are open-minded, curious, creative with a disciplined eye
  • Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to influence and work effectively with the different stakeholders; and teams enjoy working with you because of your positive mindset and ‘can do’ attitude
  • You are fluent in English, but we also value Chinese, Thai or Malay languages as a plus
  • You are open to travelling in the Region (when possible again)
